This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 3+ years of skilled flooring experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with the brand.

Experienced Floor Installer Requirements:

3+ years of experience in flooring installation including Tile, Hardwood, LVP, Laminate, carpet, floor restoration etc.
A positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Interest in growing with the company
Willingness to work overtime
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
A desire to establish a positive work culture
Previous experience specifically related to flooring installation, and a passion for all things floors!
Familiarity with common flooring installation practices
Ability to work with a wide variety of tools and techniques

Experienced Flooring Installer Minimum Requirements:

Construction: 3+ years
Must be 18 or older
Must have a valid driver’s license
